I am going to give you my recipe for success: 1) Practice Gratitude - Whatever is going on in your life you always have something or someone to be grateful for - Period. 2) Sleep - Your body needs 7-8 hours of restful sleep. If you're not getting that get rid of some time you are wasting and devote to sleep. Your body and mind will thank you. 3) Consumption - Mentally - What are you putting in your head? Get rid of the negative and in with the positive. The same goes for what food you are putting into your body. 4) Fitness - Get your butt off the couch and walk a little. Movement is life. 5) Your Tribe - Who are you hanging with? Do you know how much influence they have over you, because they do. Are they bringing you up or down? Sometimes you have to distance or get rid of certain people in your life. Sound harsh? Life is harsh.  Remember everything starts with you. If you want success you have to take drastic steps.  Go out and conquer your world! Yep, you can do it.    www.cjevolution.com   Patrick

A special thanks to all the first responders. Thank you for what you do everyday. It doesn't go unnoticed. Remember you are honored, cherished and loved. Keep up the great work. I struggled. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://fherehab.com/ https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/   Today I want to you to Save Yourself First. Now before you start yelling at me about your duty to protect and serve just listen to me for a minute. If you don't save yourself first how will you begin to save others? I am not talking about not doing your job as a first responder - Far from it. Saving and helping others with their others is your primary role. But I posit this:  Say you are operating at 75% mentally and physically (And you and only you know the operating level you are currently at, how do you serve and protect others to your full potential? - YOU CAN'T! I talk about this a lot because it's so important, and so many of you don't - TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF FIRST. Mentally and Physically you Must Come First You can and you will - Repeat that everyday. Please be safe and go out and conquer your day and week. www.cjevolution.com   Patrick
