Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast: Learn To Forgive

Hello everyone and welcome back to Microcast Monday. Short bursts of inspiration and motivation to get you started on your week. If you love the show please share with your family and friends.  Thank you for doing what you do. It's a very difficult environment but you serve everyday with distinction and honor. Remember you are honored, cherished and loved. Keep up the good work. I struggled. I was in a dark place for a long time. I was in pain, and I masked it with alcohol.  I was contemplating hurting myself.  I finally decided to reach out and ask for help, and I am grateful I did. FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program saved my life. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/ For a long time I was angry. I was bitter and I blamed people for the spot in life I was in. After therapy I started to forgive the people that I believe had wronged me over the years. At first, it was very difficult but over time I started to feel better. I felt a weight lifted from me and I started to become more happy and content.  If you are holding on to resentment and anger against someone I encourage you to forgive them. You don't have to verbally say this to them if you don't want to, but you can say it to your heart. Your mental health and wellness is dependent on this and you can do it. Go out and have a good week and stay tuned for more great guests on the CJEvolution Podcast. www.cjevolution.com   Patrick

Do you really believe the things you are telling people when you say you are doing good? Are you really? Because the people that know you well probably know that something is up. I did that all the time when I was struggling.  Chances are the only person that believes that is you. I know you are tired of struggling and facing your challenges. That is why you need to step forward and ask for help.  The only person that is standing in your way is you. Make that call.
