Some people who are in treatment think once they are done it’s over and they can go on with their life. While the latter part is true, the former is not. Your recovery never ends my friend. It will require hard work on your part and you will have good days and bad. However, remember you are never alone and you need to utilize your network and remember and apply what you learned in treatment. One day at a time my friend.
