Every morning when you get up start the day by closing your eyes, talking some deep breaths and concentrate on being grateful for 3 things in your life (Meditate on this) for a few minutes. It can be people in your life, your health etc. How do you feel after you have thought about this? I bet you feel better. The US Military and professional sports teams have tapped into the benefits of meditation and gratitute, why shouldn’t you?
