Onyx Training Group is a law enforcement and corporate communication, principles, and decision-making training company with an online presence, but a direct participation focus. Marc doesn’t think policing is without its issues, and while being realistic, he is also idealistic in that policing is fundamentally critical to the quality of life in our society. He also believes that agencies must select, train and then sustain good quality people as the Servant Warriors of their communities. Part of sustaining good people is observing the intrinsic human value in all people. Not just is lip service, but in observable action. When organizations display a belief and support in their people, their people, being full, can project that belief and support to their community.
