I want to take a moment and tell you about my EVOLVE Personal Coaching which I created for you, The Criminal Justice Professional.
We all have faced and will continue to face many difficulties in life. I will show you how to turn those difficulties into opportunities for growth and development.
I’m here to help you come up with sustainable, long-term solutions so you can start living the life you’re meant to live. EVOLVE Coaching takes some curiosity, hard (but fun!) work, and a willingness to do things differently.
The outcomes of coaching most often reported by my clients are greater self-awareness, increased confidence and productivity, a stronger sense of purpose and direction, enhanced communication skills, a greater level of well-being, and better relationships.

So excited to have my next guest back on the show. Retired Lt. Col Dave Grossman is back on the show. Lt. Col. Grossman is an internationally recognized scholar, author, soldier, and speaker who is one of the world’s foremost experts in the field of human aggression and the roots of violence and violent crime.
Col. Grossman is a former West Point psychology professor, Professor of Military Science, and an Army Ranger who has combined his experiences to become the founder of a new field of scientific endeavor, which has been termed “killology.” In this new field Col. Grossman has made revolutionary new contributions to our understanding of killing in war, the psychological costs of war, the root causes of the current “virus” of violent crime that is raging around the world, and the process of healing the victims of violence, in war and peace.
Lt. Col. David Grossman is the author or co-author of five non-fiction and four fiction books. He has co-authored a New York Times bestselling book with Glenn Beck. His book On Killing has sold over a half million copies world-wide, has been translated into five languages, is on the US Marine Corps Commandant’s Required Reading List, and is required reading at the FBI academy and numerous other academies and colleges.
In this episode we talk about the current environment in law enforcement, tips and suggestions to make you stronger and more resilient, the power of love and so much more. A great episode.
