For a long time, I was angry. I was bitter and I blamed people for the spot in life I was in. After therapy, I started to forgive the people that I believe had wronged me over the years. At first, it was very difficult but over time I started to feel better. I felt a weight lifted from me and I started to become more happy and content.
If you are holding on to resentment and anger against someone I encourage you to forgive them. You don’t have to verbally say this to them if you don’t want to, but you can say it to your heart. Your mental health and wellness are dependent on this and you can do it.
