“A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval” – Mark Twain.
What was he talking about? He was talking about having confidence. Confidence is the difference between success and failure. Think about it. If you aren’t confident in yourself why would anyone else be confident in you?
You have to stop putting yourself down. The self-deprecating talk has to stop because it’s not only not healthy for you, but it’s not leading you anywhere.
Remember you are worthy, you are deserving and you can be the best person YOU want to be. You just have to have MORE CONFIDENCE.
Here are a few take-aways you can do right now:
1) Write down a favorite confidence quote and put it somewhere you can see it throughout the day
2) Find a picture of yourself when you were feeling confident. Maybe it was graduation from the academy. Maybe it was your wedding day. It can be any picture where you felt great and confident about the future. Put it somewhere you will see it all day.
You see it’s not only important to see this quote and to see this picture, it’s also very important that YOU FEEL the feeling of being confident.
Be more confident and change your life – for the better.
Go out and conquer you day.
