You have heard it before. Sleep is very important, but are you getting the sleep you need? The 3 or 4 hours you keep getting is not cutting it anymore. You might feel like that’s all you need to perform but you can’t. You reaction time, your decision making and your overall health is suffering. You might not feel it now but you will later on if you don’t get your sleep.
The optimal sleep you need is 7-8 hours a night. Even if you are working graveyards you can still get the sleep you need.
