In this episode, Patrick welcomes Kristen Jauregui.
Kristen has been a police dispatcher in Los Angeles County for 19 years. She is also a personal trainer and has helped many people overcome physical challenges and barriers to transform their bodies into the fitness levels they have dreamed of. Kristen is also helping our first responders by creating Beyond The Line.
The goal of Beyond The Line is to create a space of trust and support for the small first responder businesses and to provide credible therapists that have dealt with first responders & traumatic events to provide policy & procedures to create positive changes in other criminal justice agencies.
