Stop telling yourself you are going to do something and don’t. Just do it! The longer you procrastinate the likelihood you won’t do it.
Mel Robbins, big time influencer has a book called 5, 4, 3, 2,1. Count from down to 1 then do it. The psychology behind this is that the longer you have the brain will talk you out of what you should do.
Try this the next time you don’t want to get out of bed. It works.
In the end, you don’t want to have more ” I tried” more than “you did.”
Go out and conquer your day. It’s a new month, December. Let’s make this month a good one.
