Hello everyone and welcome back.

We all have very busy lives, especially the brave men and women in the criminal justice field. But, we all need to tak time out of our busy days and take time to reflect and create peaceful moments. In the end, the only aspect of your lifethat matters is who you have surrounded yourself with and the connections you have made.

I would encourage everyone to start the day in reflection. Giving thanks for everyone and everything in your life. Create those peaceful moments. Doing this will change your life.
