I was in Fort Lauderdale this weekend at the event of 2019 – The Conclave of Warriors. I was hanging out with amazing people, learning and networking all weekend. Hanging with people like Rafa Conde, Brad Lea, Craig “The Sawman” Sawyer, Chris Cavallini and many more great and inspiring people. Find out about Conclave of Warriors here.

In this episode, I wanted to give you some of the takeaways from this amazing event. There are so many but I want to give you some of the information that I thought was really good. Hopefully you will too.
– What are you spending your energy on? With good people who are motivating and inspiring you or people who do the opposite?
– Most of us spend too much time putting your energy at the wrong things. Are you over-investing in your career and under-investing in
your family? I know some of you are.
– Start working on how many people you can help. If you are doing that already great, if not start today.
– Be Intentional at everything you do.
– What does success look like to you?
– If you want to start a business or if you have one remember that People buy solutions. Business is solving problems.
– STOP WORRYING ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT YOU OR THINKING ABOUT YOU!
– Life Strategy – Your choices about allocating your personal time, energy & talent ultimately shape your life.
– If you want more, DO MORE!
– Mirror test- What kind of person do you want to see in the morning when you look in the mirror? You have the power to change you if
you don’t like what you see in the mirror.
