Hello everyone and welcome back. In this episode, Patrick talks with veteran police officer Carrie McNally. Carrie has been a police officer for 28 years, has had a long and distinguised career and is currently a recruiter for the Seattle Police Department.
Carrie wanted to be a police officer since the age of 6. She has been fortunate to have been empowered and encouraged to create and lead programs and projects that benefit her agency and the law enforcement profession.
She is a “big picture” person and is passionate about leadership development and training. A great interview with a great officer.
