Are you better today than you were last year at this time? I am probably guessing that most of you are not. You might be at the same place or you might be worse off than you were. But here is the thing, it’s all within your control.
We are creatures of habit and we don’t like change, but change is where all of your growth is. You can change for the better and doing the same things that aren’t making you happy isn’t good – physically and mentally.
Remember you have to save yourself because nobody is going to do it for you.
