A former Captain in the U.S. Army’s 2nd Ranger Battalion with three deployments (Iraq, Afghanistan), he later pursued a dual MBA/MIA at Columbia University. His own experience with PTSD led him to explore mindfulness and psychedelic-informed approaches to wellbeing.
