Marlon Marrache is a retired Police Sergeant with 24 years of law enforcement experience, including 15 years as a Sergeant and over 12 years investigating police misconduct. An expert in the Peace Officer Bill of Rights Act (POBRA) and police mediation, Marlon has extensive experience in Internal Affairs and officer representation. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Pacific Coast University School of Law. Currently, Marlon provides consultation services as an expert witness, independent reviewer, and bilingual public speaker on police-related incidents. He also serves as a Law Enforcement Instructor at Savage Training Group, teaching P.O.S.T.-certified courses on Internal Affairs and Officer-Involved Shooting investigations. Marlon is dedicated to promoting accountability and professionalism in policing.

During my 15 years as a Sergeant, I successfully completed an assignment in Internal Affairs as an Associate Advocate conducting Board of Rights Hearings, and to Officer Representation Section defending police officers.These assignments have afforded much success in demonstrating my expertise in Peace Officer Bill of Rights Act (POBRA) violations and in Police Mediation (i.e., Biased Policing Complaints) investigations.
