He is a full-time patrol sergeant with the Addison Police Department, in Addison IL. He is also the Founder and CEO of Blue Line Safety Spectrum, LLC. About Stefan Bjes. I am currently a patrol sergeant and I have served with the Addison Police Department for over 19 years. I am an active CIT officer and a CIT instructor regarding Autism for the Illinois Law Enforcement Training and Standards Board. I have served my department in several different capacities, such a gang investigator, school resource officer, use of force instructor, rapid response instructor, field training officer, evidence technician, and juvenile officer. Over the past few years, I have begun a mission to train first responders about Autism and strategies for safer interactions. I use my professional and personal experiences as a father of two sons with Autism to train first responders – Stefan Bjes. Stefan is the Founder of Blue Line Safety Spectrum, LLC. Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Commander and former Army Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. He is now a Program Lead for FHE Health in their Shatterproof Program for First Responders located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is passionate about helping first responders who are struggling, and he also sought treatment for his struggles. He holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and business, and is currently studying to become a licensed mental health clinician in the State of Florida. Patrick also speaks to first responder organizations about health and wellness for personnel.
