If you want to increase your happiness you have to do what you love in life. This can be personal or professional. Life is too short to work at a job you hate or be in a relationship that brings you heartache and bitterness.
You have this one life. When you do what you love you will never work another day in your life. Most people hate their jobs and where they are at in life.
Take a moment and measure your happiness. If you aren't happy then do something about it. Sometimes you have to step down to step back up.
