I was recently talking with a friend who told me he was going to start a podcast. I told him that was a GREAT IDEA and I would be happy to help him with his new venture. He then went on to tell me he wanted to be like the hosts and creators of some other popular shows. I started thinking about what he said. I told him he needed to be himself and be authentic.
I think a lot of people fall into this trap, especially in the world of social media. A lot of people want to be someone else, instead of just being themselves. Do you want to provide value to the world? Then give the world YOU. Your vulnerability, your humility. Being YOU is how you are going to get where you want to go in your life.
