Hello everyone and welcome back to Microcast Monday. Little bursts of inspiration and motivation to get you started on the right path for your week. Thank you all for listening to the show. This is why THIS podcast is top ranked. Because of YOU! Please rate and review this show on Apple Podcasts.  Give us that 5-Star Rating and Review.  A big shout out and thanks to all the brave men and women who work in the Criminal Justice Field. Thank YOU for what you do and remember you are honored, cherished and loved. Keep up the great work.  It is such an honor to be partnered with Detectachem. This amazing and innovative company is helping keep YOU, the Criminal Justice Professional, safer by offering mobile threat detection that fits in the palm of your hand. Detecting illicit drugs, explosives, and now COVID-19. This application-based technology is a must-have for your organization. Check out their link at www.cjevolution.com   I was recently talking with a friend who told me he was going to start a podcast. I told him that was a GREAT IDEA and I would be happy to help him with his new venture. He then went on to tell me he wanted to be like the hosts and creators of some other popular shows. I started thinking about what he said. I told him he needed to be himself and be authentic.  I think a lot of people fall into this trap, especially in the world of social media. A lot of people want to be someone else, instead of just being themselves. Do you want to provide value to the world? Then give the world YOU. Your vulnerability, your humility. Being YOU is how you are going to get where you want to go in your life. Go out and conquer your day and week. Stay tuned for more great guests on The Criminal Justice Evolution Podcast.   www.cjevolution.com   Patrick
