Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Commander and former Army Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. He is now a Program Lead for FHE Health in their Shatterproof Program for First Responders located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is passionate about helping first responders who are struggling, and he also sought treatment for his struggles. He holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and business, and is currently studying to become a licensed mental health clinician in the State of Florida. Patrick also speaks to first responder organizations about health and wellness for personnel.

John Kelly

John Kelly, a 30-year veteran of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office, has served in Patrol, Investigations, K-9, Training, and the Motorcycle Unit. His career, marked by a life-altering fight early on, fueled his dedication to survival and success. John has developed tactical programs, earning numerous awards for bravery. Recently, he collaborated with the U.S. Secret Service on presidential motorcades. With a BA from Norwich University and an MBA from Phoenix University, he’s pursuing life coaching accreditation. A member of the 100 Club of Volusia County, John plans to launch a Law Enforcement Life Coaching program upon retiring in December 2020. He lives near St. Augustine with his wife, daughter, and bullmastiff.
