Patrick Fitzgibbons is a retired Police Commander and former Army Paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division. He is now a Program Lead for FHE Health in their Shatterproof Program for First Responders located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is passionate about helping first responders who are struggling, and he also sought treatment for his struggles. He holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and business, and is currently studying to become a licensed mental health clinician in the State of Florida. Patrick also speaks to first responder organizations about health and wellness for personnel.

Chad Bruckner is a veteran, former detective, entrepreneur, and advocate for first responders and veterans. After serving eight years in the U.S. Army Infantry, leading over 300 combat missions in Iraq, he spent 13 years in law enforcement as a detective, undercover officer, and patrol leader near Philadelphia. In 2021, Chad transitioned into entrepreneurship, coaching, and podcasting, focusing on resilience, leadership, and wellness for first responders. He owns Intercounty Investigations, a private investigation firm, and Motivate Change, where he writes, speaks, and mentors. He’s also the author of The Holy Trinity of Successful and Healthy Police Organizations, offering insights on policing leadership and culture.
