Criminal Justice Evolution: Microcast Monday: The Company You Keep

Welcome back to Microcast Monday. Short bursts of inspiration and motivation to get you started for your week. Happy Memorial Day. Please take a moment on this day to reflect and pay tribute to the brave men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for this great country. God Bless them All. Thank you for serving your communities and our great country. Remember you are honored, cherished and loved. Keep up the great work.  I struggled. I was in a dark place for a long time. I was in pain, and I masked it with alcohol.  I was contemplating hurting myself.  I finally decided to reach out and ask for help, and I am grateful I did. FHE Health and The Shatterproof Program saved my life. If you are struggling, you don’t have to stay there. We can and will help you. Reach out today at 303.960.9819. https://fherehab.com/ https://www.cjevolution.com/shatterproof/ This week I want you to really reflect and think about the people who you spend the most time with. This could be family or it could be friends. Ask yourself are they helping or hindering. If they do not bring any value to your life and make you strive for greatness then it's time to leave them behind.  Now this might sound harsh, but it's necessary for your overall health and wellbeing. Don't be afraid to move on from people who are negative, toxic and complain all the time. They LOVE company. Take charge of your inner circle and watch how your attitude changes for the better. www.cjevolution.com Patrick
