We are all energy. We all vibrate a certain frequency. In order to manifest what you want you have to pivot your thoughts and intent to the right frequency. Remember that where your thoughts go your energy flows.
Visualization and Manifestation go hand in hand. The last time you really wanted something and you received whatever it was I am betting that you visualized it in your mind first. Then your subconscious mind started to move in that direction to make that dream or thought a reality.
