Hello everyone and welcome back to MicroCast Monday. Special thanks to all the brave men and women who work in the criminal justice field and who protect us everyday. Thank you so much. Remember you are honored and loved. Keep up the great work. If you haven't picked up my EVOLVE Micro book you need to. This is a must have book that I wrote for you the criminal justice professional. It's small and easy to read and I did that for a reason. I know how busy you are. But, it's filled with vital information and knowledge that you need to be successful in your personal and professional life. Hit me up on social media, PM me or email me and I will get you an autographed copy of EVOLVE. If you want a FREE ebook version of EVOLVE head over to www.cjevolution.com On to MicroCast Monday. Sarah Lewis said the the following " Grit is not just a simple elbow-grease term for rugged persistence. It is often an invisible display of endurance that lets you stay in an uncomfortable place, work hard to improve upon a given interest and do it again and again." We all have talents - Often many talents, but talent alone won't get you were you want to go. How many people do you know who are talented and are wasting their talents, and not going anywhere? I know many. No, the real successful people not only have the talent but they also have the GRIT. What is GRIT? My definition is when you try something and you fail and you get back up and go after it again and again until you succeed. That is a drive that a lot of people don't have, and that is what is going to separate you from your competition. See, there is less competition at the top because most people don't play at those levels. Ready for TRIAD Leadership & Development in 2020?
