You need to accept your new reality. We are not going back to the world which was prior to COVID-19. I know some of you know this, but a lot of people think that's going to happen. The reality is that this virus changed everything, and things like social distancing and masks are here to stay - at least for awhile. This is the new reality. I hear people say I want things to go back to normal. Unfortunately this is the new normal. Do I like it? No..Who would? But I am not going to live in fear and let negative thoughts overtake me.
You shouldn't either. You have much to be thankful for, even now. Remember that many rely on you and your strength and resiliency. Stay healthy and strong.
