I know some of you know this, but a lot of people think that's going to happen. The reality is that this virus changed everything, and things like social distancing and masks are here to stay - at least for awhile. This is the new reality. I hear people say I want things to go back to normal. Unfortunately this is the new normal. Do I like it? No..Who would? But I am not going to live in fear and let negative thoughts overtake me. You shouldn't either. You have much to be thankful for, even now. Remember that many rely on you and your strength and resiliency. Stay healthy and strong. We will prevail and emerge stronger. He is now a Program Lead for FHE Health in their Shatterproof Program for First Responders located in Deerfield Beach, Florida. He is passionate about helping first responders who are struggling, and he also sought treatment for his struggles. He holds advanced degrees in organizational leadership and business, and is currently studying to become a licensed mental health clinician in the State of Florida.
