We make so many decisions everyday when we are at work and wearing the uniform, but it doesn't stop when we get home. Sometimes all we want to do is come home and decompress. Thats not a bad thing, but we have to remember to stay engaged with our families. We need to continue to lead long after we come home. We need to create a good balance between work and home.
