Hello everyone and welcome back. Happy St. Patricks Day. In this episode Patrick talks about the ongoing debate over drugs and incraceration rates. There is no doubt that many people are incarcerated for non violent drug offenses. Should they be there? There are many out there that have the mindset that people should be able to put anything in their body without government interference, and they shouldn't be locked up. Patrick gives his opionion on some of these issues.
