Hello and welcome back to episode 127. In this espisode, Patrick talks with Dr. Cathy Fialon. She has her PhD in criminal justice, and has worked in a variety of roles in the criminal justice. She is also the CEO of Good Harbor Institute. Dr. Fialon talks about improving the criminal justice system by teaching and training first responders on how to speak the language of "Trauma Care."
